Summary of Fees to: TENANTS
Application Fee - £160.00 per property
To start the application to rent process – non-refundable
Referencing Fee - £60.00 per person (applicants over 18)
To cover the costs of the referencing checks – non-refundable
Guarantors - £100 per guarantor
To cover the application and referencing checks of the Guarantor (if required) – non-refundable
Company Let - £300
To cover the application and referencing checks – non-refundable
Deposit – Rental Value + £100
The deposit is due to be paid no later than 48 hours of the successful completion of the referencing. This will be held in the deposit scheme the DPS for the duration of the tenancy, DPS. Details of this will be provided on commencement of your tenancy.
Duplicate Documents - £10 per document
Late payment Charges - £20 per late rent payment
Bergins reserves the right to charge for any late payments made by tenants that result in Bergins Estate Agents making contact to pursue payment by letter, email or telephone
Renewal Charge - £45
At the end of the agreed Tenancy length you will be charged for the administration costs of the contract renewal. This is without exception and is applicable for any tenancy length and periodic contracts.
Rent payment by card - £5 flat fee per monthly payment
(excluding 1st Rent in advance and deposit payments)

All deposits are registered with DPS
