Michael Bergin

Sales Manager

Michael joined Bergins in 2011 as our Sales Manager.

He was brought up locally and has lived in the area for many years. His role involves the initial valuation of properties and developing the Sales department.

He has a wealth of knowledge of the area, market and housing stock.

Amanda Wilkinson

Manager Lettings and Property Management

Amanda oversees both the Lettings & Property Management and the Property Development/Refurbishments processes, advising investors of ways to maximise potential income. Amanda has over 10 years' experience specialising in residential Lettings and refurbishing properties.

She joined Bergins in 2013 and has developed the office processes and procedures, keeping the whole team abreast of any updates and changes in legislation.

Amanda is responsible for the continued expansion of the Lettings division within Bergins and has overseen considerable growth year on year including the introduction and expansion of property refurbishments within the Company.

Sales Negotiator

Mike joined Bergins in 2017, having already developed a career within the industry.

He is an integral part of our Sales team and has assisted many clients in selling their properties and finding their new home.

Mike was brought up in the local area and has a wealth of knowledge which is priceless when dealing with local vendors and purchasers.

Lettings Assistant

Lydia recently joined Bergins to support the Lettings Department as it continues to grow.

She has experience of working in the industry and has settled well into the Team.

Lydia carries out viewings, inspections, inventories and liaises with clients, tenants and landlords.

Anna Tweedale

Accounts Manager

Anna heads our Accounts Department and has been part of the Bergins team for over 10 Years!

Anna’s role includes liaising with Landlords and Tenants regarding rent payments, paying Contractors for maintenance and dealing with Bergins finances in general.

With a broad understanding of the Sales and Lettings industry, Anna is a huge support to the whole team.

Tony Lanz Bergin

Managing Director

Tony is the Managing Director of Bergins Estate Agents, and has been in the property industry for over 25 years.

He strives to offer a personal and professional service to clients through his dedicated team of staff.

Tony's knowledge is extensive, with a particular interest in the Sales and Lettings market in the local area, around Wythenshawe and South Manchester.

He likes to keep in the loop with the office despite having an ever expanding team.

From the office in Northenden, Tony's team are able to offer coverage throughout Wythenshawe and the South Manchester areas, providing clients with a central point of contact and always providing the very best service.
